The International Conference on Legislation and Law Reform focuses on how laws are written in the United States and around the world at the international, national, and subnational levels. Each year, the conference draws speakers and attendees from around the world. The conference provides an unparalleled opportunity for a wide range of experts to meet and exchange knowledge and perspectives on a topic of great importance to governance: the drafting and reform of laws.
Continuing Legal Education
CLE accreditation is pending. In previous years this conference has been accredited for between 10 and 13 hours of CLE credit.

Sean J. Kealy, Boston University
Professor Sean J. Kealy teaches legislation and how the political system addresses various policy issues, federal and state constitutional law, and criminal law and procedure. He is is also the director of the Boston University School of Law Government Lawyering program in Washington D.C.
Louis S. Rulli, University of Pennsylvania Law School
Louis Rulli possesses expertise in public interest law, legislation, litigation, and clinical legal education, and has written and lectured extensively on access to justice for the poor. In 2006, he received the university-wide Provost’s Award for Distinguished Teaching.
Michelle Forzley, Forzley & Associates
Michelle Forzley is a senior legal advisor and public health professional who directs the office of Forzley & Associates, a global public health legal advisory firm. She has worked to reform health laws and regulations globally, including in the United States, Swaziland, Papua New Guinea, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
